By downloading, installing, or using the Tarot AI mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Tarot AI provides a digital platform for personal insight and entertainment through virtual Tarot readings. Key features include:

  • Free Daily Readings: Receive one complimentary daily draw to start each day with guidance.

  • Mystical Exploration: Delve into esoteric commentary that helps unlock your intuition.

3. Scope & Age Rating

  • Intended Audience: Suitable for users aged 3 years and older (“3+”).

  • Jurisdictional Compliance: Worldwide; additional rights may apply under GDPR, COPPA, CCPA, and other local laws.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans: Weekly, Monthly, and Annual auto-renewing tiers granting full access to premium content and features.
5.2 Billing & Processing: All payments are processed exclusively via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective terms. By subscribing, you authorize the store to charge your account.
5.3 Cancellation & Refunds:

  • Manage or cancel at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google; we do not process refunds ourselves.
    5.4 Price Changes: We may adjust subscription fees; you will be notified of any changes in advance.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at [link]. We collect only minimal personal data (Display Name), analytics via Firebase, and advertising identifiers via Appodeal/AdMob. No email, payment, or precise location data is collected at sign-up.

7. License Grant & Restrictions

7.1 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7.2 You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.

8. Entertainment-Only Disclaimer

The App is provided solely for entertainment and personal insight. It is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, psychological, etc.). You bear all responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A24Z LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR MOST RECENT SUBSCRIPTION.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A24Z LTD and its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in London, England. Prior to filing suit, you must send a written notice of dispute to info@tarotaiapp.com and allow 30 days for resolution.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, war, pandemics, or network failures).

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains in full force. No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.

15. Changes to the App & Terms

We may update the App and these Terms at our discretion. Updated Terms will be posted in-app with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Copyright & DMCA

All App content is owned by A24Z LTD or its licensors. To report copyright infringement, please contact info@tarotaiapp.com with:

  • A description of the infringing material

  • Your contact information

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
